SV-FTBDO is a floating tool, which is used to remove uneven contour (edge) burrs generated during machining, and can automatically compensate the difference between the actual contour of the workpiece and the program.
Through the floating mechanism of the tool holder, SV-FTBDO can move and process along the uneven edge of the workpiece, so that the tool has an edge compensation of 5~10mm.
The pressure at the edge of the workpiece can be adjusted by the adjusting mechanism in the tool holder, and the tool can be directly driven by the spindle of the machine tool. The floating deburring tool holder mainly solves the problem that the rigid chamfering tool can not be machined in some places, and the chamfering in some places is very big. At the same time, it can improve the consistency of the chamfer size, and then optimize the finish through parameter adjustment.
FTBD0 axial floating deburring tool holder. The spindle of the tool shank can move in two axial directions (i.e., axially upward and downward). The tool can quickly and easily remove the burrs of the uneven surface contour and hole on the top and bottom of the workpiece.
Through the axial up and down movement of the tool shank spindle, it can produce relatively constant pressure on the workpiece, and it can process relatively uniform chamfering on the uneven workpiece contour.
This shank is maintenance free. It does not change the chamfering quality due to the change of air pressure. Because it can withstand high-speed feed rate and spindle speed, it can reduce processing time, improve work efficiency and reduce enterprise cost. At the same time, the tool shank is small and compact, which can be used for various machines. It can be used in machining centers, automatic lathes, robots and other equipment.
The FTBD0 axial floating deburring tool shank has a floating amount of 8mm upward and 8mm downward in the z-axis direction, which is used to remove the burrs of the inner cavity of the shell and the workpiece contour with position difference between the top and the bottom.
The floating force can be adjusted by the internal adjustment mechanism of the tool handle.

The standard version uses er-11 collet to clamp the carbide rotary file for deburring, and can clamp the cutting head handle diameter from φ 0.5mm~ φ 7mm, all kinds of workpiece materials can be deburred easily;
The tool shank has a floating range of z-axis with a maximum upward float of 8mm and a downward float of 8mm;
Cutting direction: the tool handle (i.e. the spindle of the machine tool) rotates clockwise, and the machining process revolves around the workpiece;
Spindle speed: 6000 ~ 8000r / min, select the appropriate speed according to the machining machine;
Feed: 2000 ~ 4000mm / min, depending on the application;
